Frank Carl Glover was born in Pinehurst, Georgia, and raised in a time when hard work, faith, and family were the cornerstones of life. His experiences growing up in the segregated South instilled in him the values of perseverance, responsibility, and compassion. Frank went on to serve in the Marines and later built a life grounded in service, leadership, and community.
